You got it down really fast. Love the welcoming feeling the staff gi es us. The free drink was a very nice touch. We are faithful customers of West Hills Autoplex. Although, this is our first Kia, and new at that, we have bought four vehicles and referred NY brother, who purchased two. Your customer service is excellent across the board That is what makes the difference. Your folks in sales do a superb job and giving a good deal that we always feel we could not do better elsewhere.

I was happy to go back to West Hills Kia, because my previous service there was very good. This service episode exceeded my expectations and was above and beyond even my prior visit. Chris was on it and got me in and out with good service in under half the expected time. Theresa, the QA manager was also very personable and helpful.
