There needs to be a better answer for the much too loud back-up indicator. Kia does not have a defensible answer so far for why it can't/won't provide a way to turn it down to a reasonable volume. Very disappointing customer service in this regard.

After primary reason for visit was addressed, service manager asked if a burnt light could be replaced. I authorized that but the <5 minute task toook almost 40 minutes before I was called back.
