The team caught something that my insurance company's inspection team had not. I explained my situation to Richard when he explained everything that was found. Without hesistation, he let me look at the damage myself And asked if I wanted to take pictures to help me with my claim and even offered to talk to my insurance company if needed. I am very satisfied with Richards help and am very thankful.

Ken listened to my concern about the steering issue. The update to the ECU was completed. The steering issue wasn’t found. Slight sticking at freeway speed when traveling straight.
