The appointment to get the digi-shield was not made so I was turned away. I work graveyard so coming down there from Port Angeles and having to turn right around not getting the work done was massively inconvenient. I wanted time when I should have been asleep not to mention gas money at $3.50 a gallon. The man who helped me was kind but this is not ok. I'm thinking I may need a refund. Not happy
