I came in today, pretty freaked that my check engine light has just come on. Right away, he reassured me that “we are going to figure out the issue” and get me back on the the road. I told him I just bought a house and really needed to be able to finish moving and that I loved how much room my Soul had to accomplish that. Anyway, long story short, the light was diagnosed as a “small leak” in an engine part that needed to be replaced. He very confidently explained that I could still drive my car with the light on because they had checked everything out to rule out any more serious issue and that I wouldn’t be left stranded on the side of the road. The part was ordered and I was scheduled to come back in a week to get the part replaced. I left satisfied and assured that the engine light was my car’s computer picking up that small leak; and that it wasn’t something to be freaked out about. He gave me peace of mind and that was one of the best gifts I could have gotten today. Thank you Christopher Mossman!
