I was there for 2+ hours for an oil change and for an interior light that didn’t work. It was burned out so that wasn’t an acceptable reason for spending that much time there. This certainly wasn’t Cameron’s fault. He was properly sympathetic. I refused to let my experience there spoil my day. But it certainly pushed my limits.

Ken did great with answering all my questions and with making me feel comfortable with knowing my car was getting the right services. He showed me great customer service and I am completely satisfied with the good work done on my car and with how Ken was respectful and polite to me while my car was getting worked on.
