Oil changes at your facility consistently take over an hour. I would not have bought the maintenance package had I known the extended wait time

When I made the initial reservation it took a long time to check in but the employee told me that they sent me somewhere else which was a little weird and I had the same customer service representative I believe and he made sure to repeat what I wrote in a comet last time about standing in the rain and getting a vacuum and he said it twice so I don't know if it made me feel a little little small allowed it to make me feel a little small which is weird I don't understand why he will repeat it twice to get a point across I'm not sure nice guy but I don't understand the sarcasm
