Hi I am so pleased and happy with you. I'M SO Im pressed with the constant updates on my car,without asking.Very professional,friendly.I had an appt. For Thursday at 10:00AM.March 14th. I brought the car in early. Dropped it off and didn't expect it to be seen til then. I picked it up this morning.It was finished yesterday.Pretty awesome. Thank You again.I'll be back to have the car serviced from now on.Well worth the drive.Nice cruise.Peace

Cameron was very knowledgeable of my service requirements. Very polite and accommodating in making sure I got courtesy transportation to my appointment and getting me picked up for my return. I was honest if I wanted wiper blades put on since I have maintenance package I said yes I find out I'm going to get two instead of three and it was crazy cuz they just communicated didn't come on I waited longer than crazy trying to find out why I didn't get three

Service department is great. The one negitive is the blond womam that bugs me about the same thing everytime and seems to always imply how maybe I cant afford my vehicle. I understand you guys have this program but maybe she should ask if I want to know more about it. Since everytime for the last year I've come in she over talks me and gives me this long run down of the same program.

I wasn't completely satisfied. With Cris yes but as a average erner here in Bremerton I would have to tell you I floored when I seen how much sime brakes job and regular Maintnence with oil change could be over $400 dollars had it not been tax time there would be no way I could afford that . I love your place everybodies perfect all around. Just them prices. Have a great weekend. Malinda D
