Everyone in the service department is amazing. They come to where I'm waiting and ask me if I need anything. Ken was awesome. He advised me that the brakes all the way around needed replacing and advised me what the cost would be. I told him I couldn't afford to get them all done at once and was advised that I should get the front ones done, so I did. I'm going back I a month to get the rear ones done. He was very understanding about my financial situation.

My little Soul is my baby. Your team from check in, are outstanding! Christopher latterly ran out to greet us. He got all the information he needed and then we went in. He went over what would be covered for todays apt. Gave us coupons for our treat at the coffee bar. We were then greeted by the quality service gal she wanted to make sure we were taken care of. Also going over the refural program and checked out the 2019 soul. Got our coffee and visited the parts department and got batteries for and a new tee with my hamster on it. SO HAPPY. And as quick as our check in we were out the door. Love everything about the total team!

We were very thankful for the professional and warm welcoming Kenneth gave us. We had our 11 month old son with us and Kenneth was awesome with him! He even was able to get both our cars serviced at the same time even though only one had an appointment today, thanks for being awesome!!
