They have friendly, fast service, a complimentary coffee and carwash with each visit, and a family oriented environment. Couple that with great service deals, a military discount and really nice, knowledgable and professional service advisors, I not only bought my car here, but these guys are here for a lifetime of ownership. My last appointment (in January) I was advised a part needed to be ordered for a recall on my vehicle. It is now March and I have yet to get a phone call from him. This isnt the first time he hasn't called me back. It has definitely hindered my satisfaction with all of West Hills Kia.

Every time I have picked up my car from getting a service completed it has been given back to me dirtier than before. There are smudges all over the hood and the chrome now has a golden tint to it. The car wash coupons are not an answer for this as they will not removed dirt like this. Also the paint has swirl marks on it. This is a brand new car and the paint is already in pretty bad shape.
