I asked about my navigation not starting working correctly and it was also something I put in my comments when I did the online scheduling. Also, I was told my warranty wasn't valid but I'm sure i have the 10year/100,000 miles. I could be reading my warrant information wrong though, but I did check after I left and I found a form that states 120 months or 100,000 miles whichever comes first. I was given the wrong car so maybe ther was a mix up.

My service Appt was at 930am, I arrived a little early. But, I appreciated how promptly Cameron greeted me and took care of us so quickly. The wait time was not long at all. And I enjoyed the complimentary coupons for the coffee bar. Cameron was very organized, answered my questions and provide more information about the maintenance package Kia offers. Overall, fantastic customer service and we will be back again.

Cameron was great. Took advantage of your free lattes. Watched March Madness game on TV while waiting, and way earlier than scheduled, the service was finished! You guys ROCK. THE most pleasant car servicing EVER!

Matthew Coulson is awesome he has taken care of me since I bought the car even though he is not in the service area he always takes care of my car. Because of mat I will buy from you again when I get ready to buy a new car. If he wasn't allowed to work with me im not sure I would buy there. or come there for service, He is outstanding. I trust him completely and that makes it all worth while for me Your kia dealership is a real nice place you have very nice people the place is very comfortable to be there and your people make you feel comfortable unlike The chevy dealership. It is a very uncomfortable dealership to be at. Keep Kia the way it is. I love that place

I recently had my alternator replaced by Kia there in Bremerton. After about five after about five weeks the car would not restart again we took it to the Kia dealer. Indeed the alternator that Kiel installed was no good. However now my battery was no good either. I realize the battery was a little old but it was working just fine holding the charge working in the cold . I feel that Kia should’ve shared the cost of the new battery, without a doubt the new alternator damaged it since it was old I would not expect here to absorb the whole cost but I do think they should’ve shared it. I was not offered any kind of discount and paid full price for the battery and labor. I don’t think that that was good customer service and it does make me think harder about my next car.
