Matthew was very accommodating, and went above and beyond to look up my customer service information. I greatly appreciated his good sense of service, and willingness to make me happy. I also appreciated the driving tips regarding engine care. Recommendations without judgement make it really easy to heed the advice, without feeling criticized. I’m going to suggest that Mathew be put in Lead position, for outstanding customer service!

Chris showed me (like he always does EVERY visit) the highest level or customer service one could ask for. Explained all services to be conducted on the vehicle. Additionally, made sure I was aware if additional maintence would be required. Made sure I was updated throughout the visit. Lastly, walked me through the work that was conducted and walked me to my vehicle to show maintenance was completed. He and the staff are always making the visits seamless and efficient. Give this man a raise.
