I always look forward to seeing Chris at Kia. There has never been a time that he hasn’t greeted me with a smile. He calls me by name when he greets me and is always personable!

I had the best experience yesterday. The whole crew bent over backwards to help me after I arrived late and they were about to close. I live a couple hours away so this meant a lot to me. Thank you, I am definitely a loyal customer!!

Chris made me feel so welcome & comfortable! He was great! He kept me updated with my car's progress & answered my questions along the way. He even walked me to my car & put a cold bottle of water in my cup holder once the work was finished! Thats first class service!!

Everything was fine, except my online payment made did not reflect my senior discount. Upon picking up the vehicle, I reviewed the billing & they give me credit on next service, but this should of been already calculated into the bill, without asking for senior or military discount. Otherwise all okay.
