Was recommended to flush my brakes fluid on a vehicle with only 20k miles. I looked at the fluid and it's still clear. I was recommended to replace air filter which was replaced about 3k miles ago. I don't mind upsell but don't try to sell me things I don't need.

Aside from availability of appointments and not being able to escape Maury Pulvich in the waiting room, everything was fantastic. Staff was very helpful, kept me informed and I really appreciate the water, the complimentary drink and the car wash. It’s very clear that everyone cares about the customer experience. 9.99999999 out of 10. But really as dumb as it is, Maury is a ding of .000000001pts, how does Connie reconcile what he does? Anyway something not trashy would be greatly appreciated.
