Thank you for the whole enviroment. I look forward to relaxing and being very comfortable. Was a little taken back by being talked to about trading my 2018 Kia Rio. I've only had it a year, no problems at all! It's a big deal for most people to buy a new car, and suggesting they trade in after a year is just going to generate commisions or merits for someone, not best serve the customer. You have other ways of putting that info out there. Rant over, tee hee hee. Donna L
