I have always found employees at Kia weather in the service department or the sales floor to be very polite courteous I send all my friends and family there several have button cars family dealership. Was in on Monday 6/24 for engine fail message. Diagnostics showed failed sensor which was not in stock. I was told the part would arrive within two days and I would be called to schedule another lengthy commute to have car fixed. It has been 4 days and I have not received a call. My name and cell number have been given repeatedly to West Hills Kia.

My husband took the car in for a replacement fob and was very impressed that Richard took the effort to confirm that we had purchased indurance coverage. When he madevthe apptvwith Maddie, she took his prepaymentbfor the service without checking if we had coverage. Richsrd ROCKS!

Went in to get AC compressor replaced. When I came to pick it up the air was still not working properly. Matt was extremely nice about the issue. We had to leave car for 2nd day to fix issue.
