Wonderful customer service! Matt followed the car through the whole process. Even put my new battery in my fob and showed me how to open it. Kia and all the people I encountered that day went Above and beyond The normal service. Thank you so much for taking the time also to show me the new Nero. My next purchase will be a hybird And I’ll be coming back to Kia at west Hills.

The service was fine, but the man helping me at the desk, Christian, seemed like he was having a bad day and was being short with his co-worker. She seemed confused. Then he was a little short with me. Rock chip was fixed just fine.

If it wasn’t for Matt Wright and his excellent service I would not return. He is a excellent service manager and handles very well difficult situations. I appreciate him very very much, it would be nice for him to have people under him that could have proper training so his job wasn’t so difficult. Excellent, excellent service.
