I was very satisfied with my service experience. My vehicle issues were resolved quickly, I was kept informed along the way. Brian also found solutions to handle additional service request that fit our needs since we don’t live in Bremerton, appreciated that very much. Feels good to have a work with team on your side.

Melissa was very courteous and fun to deal with. Explained to her what issues I was having, and she wrote everything down so the mechanic was able to troubleshoot and diagnose what the problem was. She was very thorough with asking questions and always had a smile on her face .

There was some misunderstanding as to the nature of the problem. I looked at the notes after leaving and saw some problems...the explanation of the nature of the incident was misinterpreted (backward), and the vehicle was returned to me with paperwork indicating no problem with alleged emergency brake problems, but among other things already wrong, I noticed that the emergency brake indicator had ceased function as well (that was a new observation)

Bill was the only service tech out of 5 techs to acknowledge me when I walked in the door. Bill was very friendly and always had a smile on his face, as well as informing me about my vehicle about 3 times. I was very pleased with Bill and when I come in next time, I hope Bill is the tech i work with.
