Melissa kinder is amazing. I feel she went above and beyond to make this painless and possible. I feel that The extended service contracts need to become more user-friendly for your service managers. Because you shouldn’t have to hire In aerospace engineer that understands quantum physics in order to figure out The codes. There should be a Simpler solution. Melissa was outstanding and handled it. The service on my GMC truck was excellent! Done professionally and as promised! And as for Michael, what a nice guy!!!! I bought my 2018 GMC Canyon at Haselwood and I live in Sequim! But I took my 2011 Chevy Silverado to Hasewood for service after being disappointed at Rudell, which is much closer. After my experience with the a Service department at Hasewood, you had a loyal customer. And with your service department, and guys like Michael, you have me for a customer for life and I will always recommend Hasewood to anyone looking for a vehicle!!!!
