When I made the appointment I explained that the left rear tire air pressure monitor needed to be replaced. I had a previous record with you showing the issue which at the time you were unable to duplicate. I was now having the same issue. I also ask for an oil change. I made the appointment and after over two hours the service person came in and told me that they had discovered that the left rear air pressure sensor need to be replaced. This is exactly what I had told them when I made the appointment!!! The service department would need to order a new sensor and I would have to come back to have it installed!!! In addition I paid for an oil change and oil filter replacement according to the billing. After leaving I looked at the sensor and found that oil filter showed 68% good. Why would the replace a filter that was still good OR why was I charged for a filter that was not replaced. I was very UNHAPPY with my service visit!!!

Scheduled an oil change several days in advance and showed up on time with my wife, we were told it’d be an hour which we thought was pretty long for an oil change but went with it anyway, after an hour and 15 minutes they still had not started the service, so they told us it’d be about another 15 minutes, so we waited and did not get my truck back until 45 minutes later, all in all this was the longest oil change I’ve ever had at almost 2 hours, everyone was pretty rude the whole time and the employees didn’t even seem to take responsibility, saying they were short staffed at the time, which is fine and we understood that was the case, however they were just as short staffed as they were when they quoted us an hour and it took double that time, will not be returning to this location for services again in the future
