Having Emily take care of me was the best experience I e had since my family have been customers there! She greeted me promptly. No one else even made eye contact yet she was as busy as the men were. She went above and beyond to schedule my next appt for 75K service, checked to see if I’ve used all 3 oil change coupons I bought at Xmas time, and found me outside sitting in the sun yi let me know my car was nearly done as she knew I had another appt in Silverdale! She’s a model customer service employee for sure!

Nicholas was very professional and knowledgeable. The best part was that he gave me clear instructions as to what to expect and where to hang out while I waited. He approached me mid-way through the service to update me on the status of my vehicle and to see if there was anything I needed. I observed him being very friendly and energetic with other customers as well. My experience was way better than I had anticipated. Thank you to the entire Haselwood team and especially to Nicholas! Give the guy a raise!!!

Randy was great, thank you for taking care of our vehicle. As a dealership it would have been nice as a courtesy for spending such a large amount on repairs you could have given the car a cleaning. Wash and clean the windows etc... but Randy was great again thank you.

Nicholas followed up in communicating with me in the areas of concern with my vehicle. He kept me informed where my vehicle was in the maintenance process and got back with me as soon as my vehicle was ready. Out of 5 stars, I give Nicholas 5 stars for his work ethics. I bought my 2009 Silverado at your dealership new and have had it maintained at your dealership on a regular basis since i bought it. One area i hope your dealership can get back to is the courtesy shuttle program.
