I have had to return 4 times to fix a seatbelt alarm. IF I WAS IN AN ACCIDENT BECAUSE OF IT ...? NO RENTALS..NO SHUTTLE..covid is a cover for poor service?

Truck drives worse. Steering wheel has to be at the 1 o'clock to drive straight and noise is louder.

Randy is a competent service manager, he kept me informed daily of the status of my truck by messages and phone calls. By Randy keeping one informed of the status of your vehicle you feel part of the process, he is also a friendly individual, customer service. Thank you Randy and mechanics that worked on the truck. Also I am not interested in trading in my High Country I had my last truck for twenty years. Best regards, Dave

Mr. Baker was great. He found my appointment, called to make sure the part was in, called to see if there was a vehicle on hold for rental, and gave me an estimate of the service. He even took me up to the rental office in my own vehicle because I had my children with me. I received a text throughout the day letting me know the status of my service and letting me know service was done. I also received a phone call. This service was much better than my last for sure.

Brett did all that he could. The reason I went in is not fixed. Brett did get me some information and I was needing, much appreciated. He was also was able to squeeze the car in for an oil change which meant it wasn’t a total wasted trip. For that I am grateful. There still is an issue with the scratches, not pleased with how that is being handled. Took me calling 3 time to even speak to someone that could help me, kept leaving my number with the receptionist, I think she heard the frustration on that last call. Person I spoke to passed me off, made an appointment for it to be looked at. Walk in and Brett informed me that the protection package that we bought doesn’t cover the door dings, we were led to believe it did. Received a quote for $600. That’s a car payment!! For 3 little spots? I could understand if you needed to paint the whole door... they might also try to buff out the other scratches. No other options, no other solutions, no ideas: $600 or nothing. Oil change: 10/10 Brett’s customer service for the oil change 20/10 Brett’s friendliness 15/10 Help with the reason for the appointment 3/10 We will get over this feeling of being hoodwinked about the protection plan. We love the auto maintenance you provide. We love that you raise money for cancer and other worthy causes. Keep supporting the community! We have one more kid that will need a car in a few years, I’m sure we will be wandering the lots when the time comes.
