I was quoted at 135$, then handed a bill of almost 400$. Then when stopping on the way home from the dealership at Walmart, the car had a hard starting issue that wasnt there before. I was not only scammed by the people quoting my service and the dealership, but now my car works even less than when I took it in the first time!

Got some recall work done...and scheduled some other maintenance. On thing not good is the cost. I was quoted 65 dollars to replace the rear taillight bulb. I'm not a mechanic...but I went to west bay auto parts and got a replacement bulb for $3.50. Took me a couple of minutes to put it in. Maybe a better price means more business...idk. So my thought is ...if it's overpriced like that for light bulb....then its probably overpriced for all my other work. Then I think about going elsewhere. And I don't wanna do that....but. I always been a loyal regular customer.

Jon is the best agent I’ve worked with at Haselwood. He did an excellent job under the circumstances. Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with my GMC product and the fact that GM doesn’t stand by its vehicles. You’ll be hearing more from me on this subject. Still, Jon was very humane and did everything in his power to help me.

Fantastic job by your service department. I called to schedule an appointment for a service engine light issue at 1pm and Bill Baker got me in AND repair completed by 430pm the same day! Outstanding! Thank you all.

I was blown away by my experience. I was greeted at my car. With a friendly smile. And my vehicle is done in a very quick fast and efficient manner. And Haselwood went above and beyond and clean my car as well. Prior to excepting it. I would recommend everybody to use the service department

Melissa Kinzer went above and beyond. She text or called me every day to give me a status on my vehicle! My car was in your service bay for over three weeks! She didn’t have to let me k ow every day a status, but she did. That is the customer service that you wish you could get from a Dealership and your employee Melissa Kinzer delivered!!

Randy was so good to us and handled everything very well! BUT the courtesy van was very difficult for us--we are in our 80's and cannot get in and out of that van without great difficulty and much pain for me. My husband is elderly and had trouble with the seat belt--I had to help him--the driver never leaves his seat as the doors are automatic so we are left to ourselves. My husband is legally blind but he had to get himself out to come around and give me his arm as I am so short and the step is high. Just can't do that anymore! The car drives so smoothly--service dept. did a great job--so thanks to them and to Randy. Phyllis M

The only one thing I can think of commenting about would be knowing a little bit more about answers and if you don’t know the answer to maybe consult with somebody else to try to figure out the answerBesides telling me to Google it. I feel if I wanted to Google it I would have instead of asking the question.
