When you purchase a vehicle, it’s important to have confidence in their ability to deliver excellent follow up service. I want to personally thank the Haselwood team for their “above and beyond” efforts in the outstanding customer service we received. Every effort was made to ensure we were fully satisfied with a very difficult service issue. The whole team, (including upper management) bent over backwards to solve the issues we were dealing with. This was by far the best customer service we have experienced we have received at any auto service center. A special call out to Melissa who was unrelenting in her determination to make sure our experience was seamless and worry free. We highly recommend the Haselwood Auto Group

The service rep was fine. However, the technician was unable to solve the problem. We came up with a plan to try to resolve the issue of my key intermittently getting stuck in the ignition.

My first service after buying my Silverado, I mentioned to Brett the windows in the can were fogging up quite a bit. The maintenance people found a leak in my back window that completely soaked the rear passenger floorboard, which we assumed caused the fogging. Kept my car for an extra 2 days (over the holiday) and completely fixed the issue.

It was a good experience with Miss kinzer, she did a good job on checking in our truck. I would also like to thank and recognize the mechanic who came out to talk to me about my concerns with our truck. He listened and took my concerns seriously. He not only looked into my concerns but gave me advice on my concerns. He also went beyond his advice to me by giving me information packed to read more about taking care of my truck. Mr. Jon Kork was a pleasure to deal with, and get me in early for my appointment. He not only promised to have the vehicle ready on time or earlier but followed up with a phone call hours before I thought it would be done, with no pressure. This is perfect customer service, I felt like I was coming back to an old friend to take care of my vehicle I treasure so much!

Randy is a great guy! Walked through everything needed on my "old" green carriage (1997 Blazer), answered all questions, was flexible re: dropoff/pickup, and just generally very helpful, so it was a great start to what I knew would be a more expensive service trip this time. I LOVE Haselwood for its friendly, informed, helpful service personnel and the professional, reliable service. It's what has kept my Blazer on the road and in top-notch condition. Still lots more miles to go on THIS car!
