Thank you so much for taking care of my 2004 Silverado crew cab truck. My truck may have over 300k miles on its engine, but it always runs smoother after you folks complete work on it. Thank you again..

Well....Nothing with with the Service guy...but done with the Dealership..tired of the lies...And After YOUR LOT BOY crashed my trk into a car on your lot not even a I'm sorry letter or call or anything...I started the Warranty on the 3rd of December and I was told Last Saturday that it was in the Mail....And guess what the ck was not ready...the paper work never got summited. I Call GMC and the call you...And the Check was cut today...Not happy...

If your oil change service takes an hour and a half because of the multipoint inspection, that is fine. But please don't say that it will be an hour at most.
