Mike the guy who helped me was really great right away help me and got me to have someone check out the car but there was a Melissa there that wasn't so great she just wanted me to leave I told her what was the matter and then she said oh it's just because you live on a dirt road and that's why it squeaks and she said well I live I don't live on that road and my squeak and my brakes squeak she just she just wanted me to go away I think so I went and I asked I think his name is Michael and he's one of the best service people you have. And I think Melissa needs to learn from him that you don't brush people off just because they're older people we have feelings too.
