I had a Chev. before and you did an out standing care of it and now that I have a Buick I gave no thought of going anywhere but to Haselwood to take care of my car.

Brett is fantastic. A concern I have with the service department is honesty. When I left my last service I noticed a sticker that says my next oil change was in 4K miles. This is contrary to the owners manual that required the next service at 7.5k. Then when I went in for my 15k service I was offered the recommended 15k service, again contrary to the owners manual that was going to cost 600$ on top of the oil changes I already bought in advance when I purchased the vehicle new. Despite the goals of Integrity Commitment and the other value you have - the actions of the department seem dishonest wrapped up in smiling faces and professional demeanor. Quit taking advantage of the average person that trusts. Follow the manufactures recommendations and be transparent when your up selling. And if you’re going to say that based on Haselwoods finding you recommend the following up sell - be ready to brandish the study and the findings. It’s not good when I show up for the 15k service and nobody can seem to easily show me what the true requirements are. I had to go get my owners manual and show the service department. Again - Brett is great but I question the departments leadership.

Did not remove the mechanic protection from vehicle once service was completed and parked in the back.

With the new service manager and Mr Brett Buckingham the Job got done.Prior it was about a mount and a half.the old service manager would not aswncer my calls. Or contact me .now the new guy and Brett.took my request to Hart and got the job done.i was looking faith in the process. So you have the ball rolling the right way. The service staff was amazing and very attentive to my situation. I expressed my concern to Brett and at first the timing of my problem being fixed just would not work for me and my family. After letting him know My situation he sympathized with me and was able to get things done right then and there. This is not the first time I received amazing service it’s every time I’ve been. I appreciate the staff at Buick and will be doing all business there here on out.
