Randy is the best service advisor in the fish bowl. I brought in a non-GM product for servicing and he had no problems with that. The vehicle was done when he stated it would be. Overall, a great experience and a great job by Randy!

It seemed like a much longer time awaiting our car having an oil change. I went and looked into the work area. I did not see my car. I looked to the Parking lot. It was parked there. I asked a person walking pass me. I said that’s My car is it ready? Yes it has been he said. Being disabled and having a hard time Sitting. We picked our keys up and happy to leave.

After several months of Onstar notifications referencing a bad starter motor With no resolution from your service department, I went to a independent garage that is in Kingston. He tested the starter to find it needed replacement. I talked to your service manGer and we agreed to give Haselwood one more chance to rectify the issue. Today you installed a new starter. I was treated very well by all your service group. I am happy to have the issue behind me. Thanks

Vehicle was returned with all my personal items that were originally in the center consol, all over the passenger seat. I was charged miscellaneous fees for shop materials and hazmat. The only thing done to the vehicle was a programmed BCM. What hazmat and consumables are used in completing the requested work?
