Michael greeted us with a smile, listened to what we wanted, advised us about other items that needed to be done. He arranged for the shuttle to take us home. I am the only driver in our family. We waited in the waiting area with our daughter and noticed the kids area could use a good wipe down. Especially the toy bin that had visible dirt and grim felt on each block. We enjoyed the refreshments and the TV set to a kids program. Only disappointed in the condition of the toys provided.

I just dont know how an oil change takes 1.5hrs when I said I was in a hurry. If your going to be busy or your down a guy let people know that it may take a little longer for the service.
