I was very happy with the service I received today. I was a little surprised and disappointed however that Chevrolet was not able to provide the replacement NOX sensor for a warranty issue sooner than TEN days.

I could tell Brian was pretty busy. I could also tell that he wasn’t very excited about having to take care of yet another recall claim! Still though, he was very kind, courteous, knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. I think I spent a total of 5 min at Haselwood. The whole process went so quickly! Thank you
