Jennifer was very helpful and responsive, and made me feel comfortable even when I didn't know what questions to ask or how things like how the insurance deductible worked. She was patient, kind and very friendly both in person and on the phone. Terrific customer service :)

I waited in the waiting room for over an hour for an oil change. I walked outside and my truck was already outside. I waited outside for 15 more minutes, then went in an asked about it. It had been done for a while, the fella was just on the phone and never came to give me my keys.
