1- contact always starts via text asking if I have questions but I had received NO information. So I always have to ask about diagnostics, costs, timeframe. Why not tell me first then ask if I have questions. 2- my vehicle was in twice within 10 days. I’m upset that I had to pay diagnostics twice when both time your staff had done multi point inspections 3- i was told I needed a battery replaced. My battery was still under warranty so I chose not to pay nearly $500 to have it replaced. That is ridiculously high for how little time it takes. Anyway, I asked if they could get in running for me to take it or if it needed to be towed home. They said they would get it running. I waited 20 minutes thinking they would need to do something before I just tested my key fob. And it worked so I left. I have no faith that I actually need a new battery since it wasn’t a problem 10 days ago on my inspection. I really think you should be refunding my diagnostic fee for this.

Jennifer is awesome!! She has a GREAT sense of humor!! ???? She kept me updated on the status of repairs, did all the paperwork and kept the car rental people advised of what's going on. I love taking my vehicle here because I know I can trust them to do the best job possible. Keep up the great work and Thank You for all you do!!

Communication from the service department to the customer is horrible. Haselwood had my car for two days and I had to continually call to get updates. Never an update call from the service department
