To no fault of hers, my oil change took 4 hours. I was extremely irritated. Jennifer made it right and made me feel much better. She was also the sales person who sold me my 2019 Denali. Both of my transactions with her she has been extremely helpful.

TOO SLOW!!! I swear every thing that happens there happens in Slow motion! There is no way an oil change takes 2 hours! I have personally done my own oil changes an may eventually Do my own again.

Recall never completed as promised or as discussed. Hidden charges for shop fees that where never discussed prior. Shop fees and supplies fees should be covered u Det the $135 or hour of diagnostic work.
