Believe I was treated unfairly and denied warranty coverage due to past run ins with their staff and service manager. I will get my oil changes because I paid for them; however, I will take my vehicle elsewhere for warranty service.

Taylor turned around my preliminary dissatisfaction with your online service appointment experience. After making an online service appointment I chatted online with a customer servise representative to promised to have the service department call me back to verify the appointment was successfully made. The service department never did call me. And then, when I was able to contact the service department, it was revealed that indeed, as I feared, the appointment had not gone through successfully. Luckily, we were able to make a new appointment for near the same time. Taylor was pleasant and well informed. He was considerate and thorough, efficient while being curteous. Top notch!

Taylor completed everything we asked For and I pointed out the flashing add stating gold battery replacements for $195 for most cars. That being said a battery with 65 CA was installed and I believe our vehicle should have had a battery with 75 CA. !!
