I thought Brian Adam's was the only good service rep there, but I was mistaken Brian Bonsell is a close second. These 2 guys make getting your auto worked on bearable, I can't quite say a pleasure. Thank You for being there for us.

I didn’t make it home. Front brakes seized. Truck is being towed to the dealership and we picked up an Uber ride home. Nothing to do with Brian and Brett was also super helpful arranging the tow truck.

The defective part that was ordered and replaced fixed problems with the control mechanism that controlled rolling up and down of the windows. Also, the control unit for the heated seats was identified as defective. A new part is on order and will be replaced when it comes in. Thanks
