Tires were aired up to 35psi when they're supposed to be 32psi (which they were when I brought it in). Also, the person from parts said they would check out my car to replace a missing bumper cover bolt, and that was not done. I mentioned it to service before leaving, and they quickly fixed it.

Had a 1pm appointment to simply put front and back emblems on. It took a little over 3hrs till completion. Time and appointment management skills need to be better.

Brought my 2004 Cadillac on Friday for oil change and service engine soon. Great customer service by Brett and Randy. Both were very helpful and answered all my questions thoroughly. Randy was able to coordinate have additional work done so I could pick up my car on Saturday. Appreciate that they had their technician who had the best experience with Cadillacs work on my Cadillac. Thank you!! Have been a loyal customer since 2009.

?????????? Except not having a rental car avail. $70,000.00 truck wrapped with bumper to bumper warranty you’d think you’d get a rental. Not mad, just my opinion. Also maybe step it up like the Ford and Toyota dealership. Vouchers for snacks and treats, and even Tuesday massages. Just sayin.... ;)
