A pleasure to work with Brian. Although the issue was diagnosed and addressed, GM doesn't have a fix yet, however Brian explained the issue and provided recommendations along with a GM bulletin explaining the problem and that the issue was documented with the manufacturer. The only issue, out of Brian's control, was I had to make an appointment 5 days out, which I made on time. Within 2 hours, I received a call from dealership saying they wanted to keep the vehicle for 4 more days before they could look into it, because a technician had a stomach ache and had to be sent he due to covid regulations. Unable to do that due to a scheduled out of town medical procedure, we were able to work out an agreeable schedule to have the vehicle checked out and returned the next day. Overall, I'm satisfied with this particular service experience and appreciate the attention given.

It’s been over two weeks since my visit. I was told I would have an estimate on repairs for my vehicle within 4 days. My math might be off but 4 days passed long ago. I brought my vehicle in because I’m going to restore a truck from my youth. I was ready to spend quite a bit of money with someone I could trust. This is the third strike for Haselwood. Just because I don’t have a new car doesn’t mean I’m not a paying customer. This has been the worst customer service experience of my life and I work in customer service. Hope you are happy with the way you treat paying customers. Btw. My 1.5 hour service took 4 hours. Can you explain that to my employer. Then I didn’t even get a call or email.
