Unable to replicate issue that prompted the service. Other than inability to repair because of intermittent problem, service provided by Brian Bonsell was incredibly excellent, patient, and friendly. Also provided a loaner which seems to be difficult at Haselwood but commonplace at my wife’s dealerships. Thank you!

Ive been having my service done here for the last 7 yrs(5 yrs with my chevy cruze and 2 with my jeep renegade) never disappointed. Brett is such a great service manager! He always provides an honest explanation about what’s needed. Whenever we need to have one of our cars serviced with him, it feels like I’m dealing with an old friend! We feel lucky to have that kind of trust when we’re dealing with the safety of 4 young adult/children and their cars.

Mike was great and I always appreciate his attention to details when we have brought our vehicle in. I do wish the quality assurance manager was as focused on Customer service. Waiting an hour to drop off a car and get a rental is unacceptable, and feel it was completely held up because of her lack of urgency in my time.

Randy is an amazing service person. He walked me through everything with grrat explanation. He stayed in touch with updates. While I am very unhappy that my Cruze with just 50k miles needed a new engine, having Randy work with me made a huge difference in my attitude. And the fact the powertrain warranty was effective on top of the great care by Randy helped me not go forward with demands to GM corporate. I hope the problems that plagued the Cruze model like complete engine failure on these cars has been fixed and my engine is up to date. Thank you. Love your great service, Mr. Randy. For so many years I have only asked for you. I always will in the future, so stay around. You are a true professional in a area that can be very challenging.
