This was the fourth time I have brought my car for service with a request to have my car fixed for a grinding in the front end, when turning to the extreme left or right. The problem has persisted every day since I left with my "allegedly fixed car." At this point, I must say I have lost all confidence in your mechanics ability to properly diagnose/trouble-shoot and repair my vehicle. Unfortunately, I am now out of cash and credit. It's going to take me months to pay down my balances just to free up enough cash/credit to try and get this issue properly addressed for the FIFTH time! Discouraged and disgruntled client!

Brian went out of his way to fit me in to a very busy service department. I tried to make an appointment for oil change on June 26th and was told I couldn't get in until July 23rd. Brian got it done and I appreciate his excellent customer service. Thanks.

Randy Strassburg is fantastic. Randy is great with customers / service and understands where his customers are coming from. Randy makes sure he takes care of his customers!!! I hope Randy never leaves cause that place would be lost without him! Now for the Service Manager he needs to go - or be enrolled in learning how to Talk to Customers! Very unhappy with him!! Very bad experience with the Service Manager!!

Brett was wonderful and was never offended with all my questions. I come from a background of mechanics and car builders so wanted the best of work. There was only one tiny paint touch up that could have been better. I am fussy. You have an amazing team and I will return. Thank you for taking care of my treasure.

I went in for an oil change and rotate tires. I was to be called when completed. My appointment was at 10. I was there at 8:50. Waited 10 min before anyone acknowledged me. I received no call. I called at 3:15 was on hold for 25 min before I hung up.not happy
