I wa asked to bring the vehicle in today for a slow leakin the rear passenger tire, she suggested I take the car to Les Schwab to have them look at the tire! It was taken care of at the dealer, after a little bitchin , for the other things that need tending to, I was told these items had to be taken care of on a weekday because no-one was available on the weekend to look at the problem! Why was I scheduled for a weekend appt. if it could couldn't be taken care of! Not a happy customer and won't buy through y'all again!

I was charged for an Emergency Brake adjustment that has been performed at least twice and I believe three times at your location and has not held. I don’t believe I should have been charged for this service since it has yet to work as expected. Also, $361 for replacing headlight bulbs is ridiculous in my opinion, I don’t care how difficult it is due to a poor design. The staff was courteous and friendly. Your signs say you sanitize every hour yet in my 5 hour stay I only saw someone cleaning once! Thank you and I would like a call about the charges please.

He called me as soon as the part that was needed for my truck arrived and scheduled it for the next morning. I haven't had that kind of service in the past with other dealers.
