Almost 2. 1/2 hrs to change a lightbulb that should’ve been noticed during the Pre purchase inspection prior to purchase and I had an appointment, unacceptable, Poor lazy service will not recommend to any family members or friends and have posted about the poor experience on my social media platforms., I should’ve known better from the beginning purchase. Fail on you Hasselwood

Brett underpromised and overdelivered. He highlighted my very specific requests on the work order. The technician also deserves a pat on the back. He was tidy and clean and it was obvious he has pride in his work. I always monitor the work done on my truck for a few weeks. So far so good.
