Brett was outstanding. He was courteous, professional and answered all my questions. He was hustling to do it all! My only disappointment was that the service department was understaffed, required a somewhat lengthy wait. Although Brett was apologetic regarding the wait time, I felt Somewhat undervalued as a customer.

Michael is an asset to Haselwood. He is friendly and knowledgeable and he really hustles. The two times I've been in he is by far the most energetic, enthusiastic employee in the place. He runs, literally runs, outside to and from cars and the office to keep people waiting as little as possible. As someone dedicated to serving clients in my own career I can really appreciate his efforts.

My vehicle's right front fender was covered in grease and oil. It was obvious that the fender was provided little to no protection while servicing under the hood. When Randy removed the grease and oil there were scratches in the paint. Randy provided me a business cars which will allow me to return to Hazelwood to have the scratches removed if possible.

I was told the service would take 1 hour 30 minutes. It over 3 hours. I saw my truck being driven out of the dealership, it did not return for about 45 minutes... why? I asked that a 5th wheel hitch be fixed... it wasn’t. Most aggravating was the fact that there were only two service writers working... they were overwhelmed with customers that resulted in a long waiting time for service. On the other hand, Randy was a pleasure to work with.

It was very busy when I went to pick up my Trax after paint protect ion was applied. Staff picked me up at rental car facility & I didn't have to wait very long to pick up my car.

Scheduled a 7:30 am appointment. Vehicle was not started on until after 2:30 pm that day. No call, nothing. Vehicle was parked behind shop. It would still be there if I had not drove down there. Additionally when I called to see if it was done at 1:45pm that day, nobody could give me an answer and were supposed to call me right back. After 45 minutes and no call I drove down there and waited in the service department for 20 minutes while everyone got their stories straight. This morning I picked vehicle up waited 15 minutes to get the keys, and was completely gaffed off.(politely gaffed off)Please feel free to call. Jennifer Jefferson ****-****-xxxx I would be more than happy to talk to the GM regarding this.

I had to wait over and hour and a half for a simple oil change. If you have someone scheduled for a time the shop should be prepared to service the vehicle at the time scheduled. Having to sit in a show room or on a bench for an hour and a half during a pandemic with way too many people in all the seating areas is ridiculous. Let alone waiting that long for an oil change.
