I've used your service dept. many times. I was called and told my car was done. When I arrived, a man was in front of me 8n door way so I waited 6ft behind. All 3 servicemen were on phones and running in and out to retrieve waiting room customers. None of them acknowledged any customers waiting. A simple "be right with you", or "we are running behind, be right with you", any type of greeting, knowing you are overwhelmed goes along way. It was 26 minutes, standing there before Brett got off phone and ackowledged me.

Someone had backed into my car and he suggested a person to fix it, and they did a awesome job with it. It had been an eye sore for many of months. Now you can’t even tell anything had happened. Many of thanks to Brett.

I was In the dealership for 3.5 hours for an oil change. When I asked where my truck is and why is it taking so long, no one could find my truck for about 15 minutes.

Good flow today. I would like to see my scheduled service executed in a little less time though. Over an hour for an oil change and tire rotation seems a little long to me.
