I asked the person that checked me in to have a squeak my new blazer has been making since I bought it and was told when it was done there was nothing visible and he needed me to bring it back for further inspection. We live 45 minutes away and that’s why I had asked them to check it out so I didn’t have to drive it back again in the near future. After getting into my vehicle there were small spots from something that was sprayed in my car all over the interior driver and passenger front area. I was under the assumption that my vehicle was supposed to come back in the condition given to the shop or cleaner. I’m not happy having to wipe spots off the entire front of the interior when I just cleaned it. On a positive note my vehicle was done in half the amount of time I was told the oil change was going to take.

I always live going to heartland Toyota and every experience that I have is always lovely. The team there are always friendly ands they are not pushy at all. Brett was no exception, he was very kind and honest and willing to work a deal with me for my next car. I have been coming to Haselwood every single week to wait for the perfect car for my family and I finally found it. Brett thank you for another amazing experience and I William see you soon for a 4Runner when every you guys get some more in. My family has been been buying all there cars from Haselwood for 20 plus years and I glad to say I will continue that tradition because everyone there is so nice.
