I looked over the check list, and I think I knew them all. Makes my local mechanic honest. Leaking windshield washer unit, battery weak, leaks power steering. Plus a couple. I don’t think anyone said how the dash light can be fixed.
She was courteous and honest with me at the beginning of my check in, about the time frame it take to complete the service for 2 recalls to be performed.

Randy has been amazing at getting everything covered by the warranty and has been a huge help with all of my trucks issues.
I want to start off by saying Randy wasn’t completely at fault but they way things went was absolutely horrendous. What started as a 1 hour and $200 diagnostic fee ended up as a 3 day $1500 charge. I missed a day at work and left without a vehicle for 3 days. I was offered a discount of $45 (geez thanks). Not only that but I was sent away with a broken lug bolt which claimed wasn’t them (how about customer safety and fix it), and now I have to get that fixed. I am surprised how it all went down and the fact I missed work and wasn’t offered a rental afterwards was less the satisfactory and I’m baffled. From the first call to the service department, the staff seemed uneducated and not confident in their jobs. I was told that I needed a diagnosis to tell me what was wrong with my backup camera/screen. I was told that after paying the fee, the problem would be known and I would be told the cost for replacement, fixing and the part. I was shocked when I was called and told that I would need to pay another 450 dollars to see if my screen was the problem or not. So now I went from 150$ to 600$ and still may not know what is wrong with the vehicle. When speaking with the service writer, I was told bringing a car in to a shop is like going to a dr. Unbelievable, my car and a dr. Office is nothing alike. Very disappointed that such a new vehicle has such a major problem and had to deal with a crooked shop. My business will be better with trustworthy companies.
Brian was great. This is in no way directed at him. My issue was when I arrived and went into the service department area I waited more than 10min while one representative called people until I was finally helped by Brian who was located in a different building. Customers who are physically present and on time for their schedules appointments should be helped before calling customers.
Randy was very attentive
and answered all my questions. He also cleaned my windshield on the interior as I have a disability in the reach of my arms. My corvette looks great!

I took my car in at 930a.m. & did not hear back from anyone until almost 7pm. During that time, I called twice, left 2 vm msgs & a text. I came in to pick up my car the next morning & it was still on the rack, even tho I had a text saying it was all ready.
Jennifer was absolutely awesome in dealing with a reoccurring issue that had not been resolved on multiple occasions. She advocated for me to get my truck the repairs that it needed. She consistently went above and beyond to make things right and I genuinely appreciate her diligence. I will come back to Haselwood because of employees like her that care about the customer!
A great service provider! He was very professional and knowledgeable. Low pressure, which I like. I brought my Ford to you because I do not deeply trust the dealer down the road. I have seen how you take care of my wife’s car. My wife and I will be back.
