We went onto Carfax to confirm the service completed by Brett. We noticed Brett had typed the incorrect mileage for the Jeep Wrangler. The Jeep has 27,000 miles. Brett typed 37,000 miles. I have attempted several times to get ahold of service with wait times of 30 minutes. With an incorrect mileage in car fax if can look like odometer tampering. It would be great if an actual person would reach out.
