An oil change shouldn't take almost two hours and on top of that I had to inquire about the status of my car to be told my car had been done but my paperwork was in a pile that wasn't touched yet. Very frustrating!

$426 for a spare key. Shameful. $148 for labor costs to cut a key and program fob. Shameful. $25 added in for Shop & Hazmat services for a spare key to be cut and programmed. Shameful. Being told to relax as the process can take 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Shameful. Friendly and courteous service. Appreciated.

Randy is one the best service managers I have ever had the pleasure of working with in my long experience with GM and GM products. He jump through many hoop to help me with my warranty issue. I will buy my next vehicle from Hasselwood and the main redone will be because of the support and professionalism of Randy.
