Brett had helped me the few times I have been in for service, and he has been great every time! Greeting me with a sweet hello and I can tell there’s a smile under his mask. I kept his card after the first time I was in, and he has been my go to since. Really great customer service.

I look out the window and saw my car in the parking lot. After a few minutes I went into the office. After standing there a few minutes one of the workers helped me.i asked if my car was done and one of the other workers said it was done and he would get to me in a minute. The worker who was helped me went and got the keys and checked me out. I was there a good fifteen minutes longer then I should have been.

Randy was great on top of the Chevy Colorado issue. Made sure truck was repaired properly in a reasonable amount of time. Communicated well to let me know of status of truck.

I’ve worked with Randy many times before and cannot compliment him enough. He is incredibly nice, helpful and dependable! My car came out perfect, Randy let me know as soon as it was done, and got back to me very quickly whenever I had a question. I always know who I want to work with next time.

Messed up my alignment on a 30K maintenance visit and scratched my steering wheel! They fixed the alignment but offered no resolution for the damage to my steering wheel. Not likely to return.
