Second time in for the airbag service light first time was $1300 second time 500 neither time was fixed I don’t think anybody took the time to test it for more than a few seconds after they reset the check engine light was on immediately when I went out to start the car need the master tech on this one come on guys

People should not have problems like this with a vehicle less than 4 years old. Should people once in awhile encounter these types of lemon issues, they should not be told that neither the factory warranty OR the extended warranty you sell them, will cover the charges... shame on GM and shame on extended warranty companies for trying to pass the buck.

I visited your Chevy dealership on 12/30/20 for a oil change and tire rotation. made an appointment for 10:30am arrived at the dealership a few minutes before my appointment. Pulled into the service center and the employee came out and was not friendly at all and made me feel unwanted. Never introduced himself or thanked me for choosing the dealership. This is my first time at the dealership and was expecting a better experience. I was a little disappointed that it took almost 2 hours for the service to be completed. I have been to multiple Chevy dealership for service and a car wash and have be under an hour.

After 20 years of purchasing and having our vehicles serviced at Haslewood, we will not be purchasing or coming in for service...Not all Erin's fault. We have noticed a decrease in the service department for some time. It it was not for Randy Strasburg, we would have left some time ago. We did not purchase our last vehicle from Haslewood last year because of lack of confidence/trust with service techs
