The tech reset the fuel filter indicator to 100% after changing the oil. The oil indicator still says 50%. I have to return tomorrow to have the oil filter monitor reset to 100% and unless they actually change the fuel filter the electronic indicator will be wrong. It's a small detail, but it tells me that attention is not always paid to the small things in your service department.

There was a mixup with my warranty. I was told I would have to pay for a rental when I have a warranty. I had to wait 2 hours for a ride, Was out of a car for 2 days. Jesse was very apologetic and I understand mistakes happen however it was very frustrating having to ask for rides when I could of been and should of been put in a rental car.

When I first came to Haselwood I only preferred to work with Ricky. Ricky listened to me, helped me and made me feel comfortable. Now that Ricky is no longer with Chevy, I have been helped by Jesse. Jesse was AMAZING. He was very personable, helped me understand, and made sure that I was taken care of and most importantly that my CAR was taken care of. I have faith that Jesse will be my new Go-To guy! Thanks Jesse you rock!

I never imagined that this whole thing was going to cost me over $1000! It's insane! Aaron was very nice and professional. I am very disappointed that the labor on this was going to be nearly 3/4 the cost of materials.
